The inspection is designed to give the prospective buyer and real estate agent a checklist to detect the major flaws or deficiencies in the significant components of a home. It is not designed to, nor does it profess to detect all flaws, but it will help you make an informed decision on the property of your choice.

A Total Inspection was established by Chad Ware in 2006, after owning his own construction business for 17 years. Our goal has always been to give our customers respect and the highest knowledgeable service at comparable prices. Chad and Jared Ware are professional licensed inspectors that have extensive knowledge in construction and building phases. We continue education yearly to broaden our knowledge base, to ensure you with the highest quality inspection.

From the first time homebuyer to the experienced buyer we encourage our clients to be present at the inspection. You will get a thorough inspection following and exceeding: TREC, the Texas Real Estate Commission's, Standards of Practice.

We conduct each inspection as if it were our own home. We feel it is very important to inform each client of the important things to look for during an inspection so we can protect their investment, but not get caught up on the little things that can be fixed with a small amount of money.

For each client's convenience our reports will be printed and given to you at the time of the inspection. We value educating you on your potential home and it's overall condition. Our reports are complete and detailed with digital photos that show any deficiencies found. We complete our report with an easy to read summary page of findings that should be addressed.
